The Training Path: From Psychologist to TA Specialist

This 6-month intensive program is structured to bridge the gap between academic theory and international corporate operations through the following core modules:

• Sourcing & Recruitment: advanced strategies for profile identification, mastering LinkedIn Recruiter, and expert use of Boolean Search.
• Executive Search & Head Hunting Mastery: the art of “direct search.” How to approach passive candidates and manage a high-level candidate experience.
• Psychometric Assessment & Soft Skills Certification: an intensive module to gain certified expertise in administering psychological tests and conducting behavioral assessment centers.
• Negotiation & Engagement Techniques: the psychology of persuasion applied to recruiting. Managing the offer phase, overcoming objections, and “closing the deal.”
• Organizational Design: Understanding complex corporate structures, hierarchies, functions, and roles within multinationals to align recruitment with business strategy.
