With an expanding presence in Italy, we are searching dynamic professionals to join our team as Headhunters/Executive Consultants/Senior HR Consultants.

Your Role

As an Executive Search Consultant and HR Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in Italy. Your responsibilities will include advising and selling a diverse range of solutions within executive search and consulting. Joining an international team with offices across Europe, you’ll deliver customized selling propositions to our clients globally and locally.

About You

We are looking for professionals with a strong business acumen and a proven track record in building and developing a sound network of potential new clients. Your experience, whether in executive search/consulting or management, should reflect a keen understanding of organizational dynamics, culture and processes.

Key requirements include:

Sales experience
Previous experience in structured business companies
HR consulting expertise, preferably liaising with Managers and C-levels
Strong drive and focus on results
Ability to build and nurture trust and empathy
Project management experience
Attitude to work in team, also internationally
Strong communication skills (oral/written)
Fluency in Italian and English
Location: Northern Italy
